Made-to-Order Products

Every Mangg Merch item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times

United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Mangg Merch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Because every item is custom printed after your order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong color

Changing your mind

Buyer's remorse

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because each item is custom manufactured specifically for you.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible after purchase.

Sizing charts are provided on every product page.

Please compare the measurements with one of your favorite shirts before ordering.

Small manufacturing variations of approximately ±1 inch (2.5 cm) are considered normal.

Mangg Merch cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.

To maximize the life of your apparel:

Machine wash cold.

Wash inside out.

Use mild detergent.

Tumble dry low or hang dry.

Do not bleach.

Do not iron directly on printed artwork.

Do not dry clean.
